C5 dash problem

I'm looking at a '00 85,000 mi C5. The grab bar on the passenger side dash droops about an inch. Is this normal ?

Mine doesn't..............in fact it has a little arc to it.
Looks like someone was hanging on for dear life.....LOL

i do not know for sure about a C-5 but my wife beat the grab bar down in our brand new 1959 corvette when i would not slow down.
