Question: C5 Rocker Panel Removal Instructions?

Does anyone have some detailed instructions for removal (and replacement) of a C5 rocker panel? (They're %#@* glued to the frame rail, ya know.)

My 2002 shop manual (Book 3) doesn't say much, just heat them and pry them off. And I didn't have success with a search here on the site. Surely there must be something more?? Any help appreciated.

I try to repair them if I can,that thing go's clear to the halo at the top of the qtr in the door jam!
Book gives 8 hr's to R&I complete,I'd rather have a hot pokker ran up my..............never mind!

But if they really have it glued down and the heat gun don't work,I peel them with this.
