c6 corvette pics

This was a shot I had not seen before. COOL!

The paint looks wet.

Much better than I was expecting. Phew. Hope the front/headlights turn out cool. I'm just having a hard time letting go of the flip-ups.

:_rock :pat :CAC :v :drink

LOOKALIKE

The car looks great, just like the c5.I think a lot of c5 owners have just decided to hang on to their cars a little longer unless gm comes up with a special c5 trade in offer.then They could sell the new c6 and the used c5's

I can't view it. "Big Brother" is blocking the site here at the office. Could someone post it here if it's not too much trouble? Sorry for the bother......

You guys are the greatest!

Thanks a lot! I had not seen the rear pic....that looks sweet!

I see they moved the back-up lighting to the lower, black molding on either side of the exhaust. Pretty cool.

The more I look at it, the more I love it! I know I'm probably going to get stoned or smacked around for saying this but, if you stare long enough, this new C6 screams "Ferrari." From the rear-quarter at least. I'm still eager to see the new front-end. Without the pop-ups, I'm worried the front will look too "friendly." As if it's smiling at you while coming down the road. That's not the image we Vette owners want (IMO). The C5 looks bad-azz. Depending on the positioning of the bulbs within the clear lense, this thing might look as if it's saying, "Beep, beep, hi.":(

Let's hope for the best,
Kenny

Looks like the indented "Corvette" logo that use to be between the taillights, might now be on the lower right??? :confused

Stoned????? :cool wow, man!

(had to toss in that initial reaction reading your post) sorry -
Rain ;LOL

I am in love!!!! It looks like there is something indented in the bottom right hand rear bumper. Looks like there is something written there. Maybe it says Corvette. I like the rims, but there does not appear to be a Vette emblem in the center cap. I also agree that the rear bumper has alot of early C4 in it.

The first thing I thought of when I saw the rear was "Cadillac Cien". With the lip and the edge, I still think they look a little similar (granted, not as much, but still....) Take a look HERE to view some shots of the Cien show car. Round it out, make it a little more smoothe, and could we be looking at the rumored Z06 (or ZL1 SuperVette)?

I don't think it's the ZL1. On the other pictures of the body work it appeared to have fender flairs. This one doesn't look like it has em. You would think the fender flairs would be on the ZL1 to fit some wider tires.

To "Rain"

:D I guess I should have thought of what I typed before I hit submit! To clarify (for any authority figures reading) I didn't mean stoned in the drug tense.....:L

I don't want to lose my security clearances!!!;LOL

How do I go back and edit that part out so people don't get the wrong idea?!!:L

I should have been a little more clear in my post. I don't think the maroon car is anything but the base model. I was talking about taking the C6 pic, molding it with the Cien show car, and poof!
