I am getting more and more confused about the C6 weight. How can the C6 Coupe possibly be 150+ lbs lighter than the C5? With no TI exhaust, no Poly hatch, no CF anywhere, no Al HF frame, only 5 inches shorter with a BIGGER hatch glass - I just don't see it. Maybe they are filling the tires with helium and there are helium bags stuffed under every empty cavity in the car. I just don't get it.

Love the orange, though I'd have to see it first to be sure. Personally, I'm tired of seeing all the black, red, silver and white Vettes. Change is good. (And I have a black Vette!)

Make mine Precision Red. I'm waiting to see how this compares to Torch Red. I'm guessing it's less orange in the sun. Torch Red has had a pretty good run from '93(?) to '04.

I believe the orange if done correctly...will be quite popular.

I bet its a stunner if anything like what the 2002 Z/28 color.

After two red C5's...I'd probably consider orange...

and order one up with black interior?

Over at CF they have been begging for orange for months. Brian Kuper responded to posts with the chop below. Mine will be Mag Red, but I think this met orange looks great.

Well, tonight I heard from a semi inside source we are lookin at an extra 30hp on the base model, and a special edition with 500-550hp.

All they said was that it was a very impressive car, and considering the source thats really, really, something to watch for.
