What are these made off? Any recommendations on what to use to clean them?

TIA

I had some staining on my tail pipes that I used a metal polish like Brasso on them, that really shined them up. On the polished aluminum wheels I'm very cautious and just use soapy water and Meguires Quick wax and Quick detailer.

I found the price very resonable when I purchased the plan from Ken Fitchner. I'll PM you with some info he sent me.
Thanks Tammy.

Did your polished wheels arrive looking "rather dull"?
I don't have a good frame of reference (no other C6s in the area) BUT they were NOT as shinny as the ones in the new commercial (could they ever be?.

I saw a new C6 at Reedman/Toll in Pa. and it had the polished wheel option. I swear the wheels look as if they had swirl marks in them and they had been cleaned already. The C5 polished wheel looks much better!

Mine look great! I don't see any problem with the polished wheels, except that with the Z51 they collect a brake dust coating very quickly. I've had mine all of 2 days and have wiped them off 3 times already. Much easier than my more intricate HRE 540 wheels on my last 'vette (course, those were seriously shiny).

HREs? Nice wheel! Enjoy your car. Its a beauty. Ill probably end up with "your" car only in Silver.

How about using Flitz?

Would this be good to clean up the exhaust tips on the 2005 Corvette?
