Thank you slong. I certainly understand Chevy's reason for the CAGS, and like you, I'm sure, do very much appreciate not having to pay a gas guzzler tax on the car. But on those rare occasions when CAGS did kick in I didn't like to be forced into having the car's technology overrule my driving decisions. In my town, at least, I can't drive with impunity to the parameters that set off the CAGS.
