Luigi, I wish it was my car however, it does have ties to me - it is the first Aerobody car I fell in love with and the reason I bought the one I did

That car is Zabaz R.'s #89-005 B2K - the one that was on the cover of Car & Driver, May 89

Well.... bring on the trailer jokes then !...;LOL

Sorry Chris!.. :D

BTW, Great video and pic!

Pete, can I quote you??

"Chris, this is your car.. I'm lonely.. don't leave me locked in the trailer.. puhleeease lemme out to play with the other Callaways, puhleeease! It's dark in here! Chris! I need to go over 50mph!"

Chris,

What were some other noticeable differences from the prototype Aerobody kit prior to Callaway/Deutschman finalizing on the overall kit look? Nice to see a Callaway represent in 1/4 with low 11's!! Do we have any members here hitting 10's...........anyone?

Johnny

As impressive as that run is it's almost 1/2 second off from his best. :cool

Kevin, has your car been down the 1/4 mi?? I suspect yours would be close - esp. w/ the flames and all shooting out the back of yours

I know Luigi took his but did not run slicks & skinnies like 89-005 had - He won a nice trophy for his runs :upthumbs

No, I have not had it on a dragstrip... yet. Maybe this summer if I get all the u-joints replaced first. Then I'd try it with some drag radials. At least I'd have some chance of getting a little traction and not breaking anything.

Yeah, I suspect you would have traction issues, Heck - we all would have them w/ the gobs of torque in our B2K's :eek

I read that Zabaz replaces his u-joints every season as a precaution, good advice I am sure :upthumbs

Chris,

Everytime I look at your animated poster boy, I crack up so hard......please discontinue using that one! LOL LOL LOL

p.s. Pictures will be posted tomorrow
