I have just moved up from a 73 to a 2000. I am looking for a set of car ramps to do my own maintenance. A few I have seen in some catalogs state that they will not work on a C5. Can anyone suggest a set that will work and where they were purchased?

Rhino ramps! They have two different styles, one is a higher weight-limit, lower profile. Wal-mart has them for about $28. The low-profile ones (usually gray in color) have a picture of a C5 on the label. Some forum members have commented that if you have lowered the car any, you may still have slight problems, but non-lowered seems OK.

I have the wal mart Rhinos too.

If you purchase the normal ramps, all you need is a small 2x4 in front of the ramp and it works just great. It also get the car up a little higher:)
