That's Maryann and she was judging. We had three person teams that "divided" up the car into interior, exterior and engine compartment. If you registered for "stock" class, there was a sub-class of "open" or "closed" hood.

If you were in "Modified" or "Custom" that automatically meant you had your hood open and your engine compartment was going to be judged.
