I want to swap my Rochester 4 Barrel to something new. My vettes been sitting for 10+ years and I just got it started today, but its leaking from every section imaginable. I want to put an Edelbrock 1405 or a 1406 on it but im not sure how hard its going to be to cap off some vacuum lines or what needs to be capped off if I use this carb. I know I need the vacuum line that goes from the carb to the break booster, but is there anything else that needs to be done? Thanks!!!

Tried a Holley when they introduced their Qjet replacement back in 1981.

I replaced mine with the Holley Spread-bore and have never been sorry. :happyanim: Very easy to install and worked much better than the old Quad. Had to change the main jets one size small, but that was just my engine set-up.
Good luck
