Carpet kits turning green what kits have done it

To the guys who have installed grey or silver carpet kits, have you had any problems with them getting a greenish color fade to them? I'm just curious why they do this and is the problem normal or is it just a result of cheaper carpet kits. I had a camel carpet kit do this and it happened rather quikly .....

I plan on buying through wicox and wanted to know if anyone has had this problem with there carpet kits.

Interior Fade

Unfortunatly Strong Sun is going to change any carpet color. I've seen it in Silver, Gray, Green, Black No Matter!
Go with a Big Names, Like he ones reccomended on this forum, and just keep it stored indoors It will be fine!

I have a "big name" charcoal grey carpet in my 82, and it started turning green after 2 years. I don't really know what to do about it other than replace it again.

i just bought the Wilcox silver/gray I sure hope this doesn't happen since it didn't happen with the factory ones.
