Battery is too low to start,Usually charge on 2 amp setting with battery in car ,can I use the 10amp charging setting without damaging electrical system,,?

Yes you can, but constantly monitor the battery, do not walk away and leave it charging as it can over charge and damage the battery and surrounding areas.

Have your battery properly load tested with a carbon pile tester.
