Check Engine Light (1998 6 speed coupe)

Hello - I've just purchased a 1998 coupe - 6 speed. Very happy with it, got a decent price and it only had 19,000 miles on it. Naturally, I declined any kind of a warranty...

So - I have put about 1,000 trouble free miles on it - then, yesterday, I ran into some problems... Here's the sequence of events:

Fully warmed up engine (15-20 minutes run time), driving about 65-70 mph on the interstate - got the Check Engine Light, the Traction Control Light, and the DIC indicated reduced engine power. It knocked me down to an idle - I worked it over to the side of the road, turned it off, waited a minute or two (caught my breath and calmed down a bit) and restarted the car. On restart the car seemed to run fine, but the Check Engine Light is locked in. Even after 5 or 6 cycles/starts and shutdowns, of the engine.

I checked all the threads here hoping to find some answers and got some really good clues. But, after pulling the Codes (thanks c4c5 specialist!) I'm not sure....

Here are the codes that I pulled:

10-PCM P1518
28-TCS C1278
60-IPC B0521
AO-LDCM B2252, B2282, B2284, U1064, U1016, U1096, U1255
A1-RCDM B2283, B2285, U1064, U1016, U1096, U1255
A6-SCM B0851, B2605, U1160

Also - here is the serial number:1G1YY22G5W5116803 (how can I tell if it has had the Steering Lock recall work done?)

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated...

Just looked up the codes at http://www.obdii.com/codes.asp - here's what they had to say:

P1518 Electronic Throttle Module to PCM Communication
C1278 TCS Temporarily Inhibited By PCM
B0521 TACH Signal Out Of Range
B2252 Drv Dr Key Cyl Unlock Switch Fault
B2282 Driver Clean Battery Fault
B2284 Driver Dirty Battery Fault
U1064 Loss of Communication with BCM
U1016 Loss of PCM Communications
U1096 Loss Of IPC Communications
U1255 Generic Loss Of Communications
B2283 Passenger Clean Battery Fault
B2285 Passenger Dirty Battery Fault
B0851 Clean Battery Out Of Range
B2605 Seat Front Vertical Position Sen. Failure/Aft Position Out Of Range
U1160 Loss Of DDM Communications

You should remember the codes are generated as symptoms of your problem, not necessarily the cause. That throttle module to pcm comm error sure stands out though.
