Everything on this car works perfectly, no leaks, no malfunctions of any kinds, no real blemishes on ANYTHING. (the front has minor paint peel towards the road, but pretty recent-and the pinstriping can be re-done in a few more years). Car has all of it's paperwork. 1st owner-calfornia judge-2nd owner old couple, husband died and when I got back from Iraq, I bought the car (been trying for years ;) . Now I have a little soldier on the way and I must sell this car. The ONLY reason I am selling this car is that I own this and a miata (our family car was totaled and in limbo with the insurance company right now). This car is heated garaged right now. I am getting deployed soon, and my wife is due in June-she has a hard enough time getting in and out of the miata-we need to sell this car QUICK. Please email Battlesmurfdx@yahoo.com loaded with every option available for a Corvette that year (minus the CB-Radio). Completely detailed-never rained on, always heated garaged-no accidents, no rust, no damage, no leaks, no burning of any fliuds 48k original mile crossfire injected mirrored glass t-top beauty. Car comes with car covered-car has always been kept fully detailed. Has all original paperwork, T-Top bags, and most receipts. (might even still have the window sticker) Car has never had any major issues. Car drives just like new and has been service every 1800-2000 miles. Car has everything original, even original paint. Paint is slowly starting to peel in one or two spots up front on the lower part of the nose under the liscense plate. Call me with any questions-I will help arrange shipping (STATESIDE ONLY-if you want it shipped elsewhere-you arrange it- 254 466 5497 - ASK for Grant : ). No joy rides, please-serious buyers only. If you need more pictures, please let me know and it can be arranged.

I'm glad to see you decided to join our community, Grant. I think you'll like it here; we're like family. :grouphug:

It's too bad you have to sell the Corvette, but since you have to, I want to wish you good luck in finding a buyer. Hopefully you can get another someday, after the kids are taken care of, of course. :L

I also want to thank you for all that you're doing for our country. :pat

: ) hehe, I see that. As far as completely getting rid of my corvette, I have a 92 that I am trying to get shipped up here for one last drive before I leave, don't think I'll make it in time, though. Hehe..I love those cars, but bad choice in the fat that my favorite cars on the planet are 2 seaters ;)

If you don't mind me asking, do you have any suggestions on selling this one?

As far as the other cars-there's a story behind them. The dodge got sold to me by someone I believe made his way to this board already (2002 yellow convertiable, supercharged...really pretty : ), and the miata was a hold over until I could get an 8 cylinder again ; )

I'm definitely the wrong person to ask about selling anything; I'm a horrible salesman. It took me eight months to sell a nice Featherlite trailer I had, now I'm having a hard time selling my truck. :(

I'll keep my eyes and ears open for anybody who might be interested in your '82 if you'll keep an eye open for anyone interested in buying a truck. ;)

Hehe...you might have a sale. Email me Battlesmurfdx@yahoo.com with your information (i have a buddy looking for almost that exact kind of truck-he needs one to tow his miata around too ; )

Bottom line- What do I have to do to get this car sold? Please work with me-I am ready to make a deal :)

Hehe, I apologize about that. Price is $16,500, but is very Negotiable. (while part of me wants to keep this car, I NEED to get rid of it)

$15700. I deploy soon. Someone at least respond and let me know hat else I can do :)

Ebay the car with a reserve you are comfortable with. You can move it before you deploy and be done with it...

It's worth a shot I guess. I have noticed that not alot of Corvettes sell on ebay, though.

Man, I keep coming across great deals, but can't sell anything of mine worth a damn. :hb

Today someone showed me some pictures of a solid 1960 Chevrolet El Camino. It would make a dynamite project car because everything's there, and whatever needs to be replaced is readily available through the aftermarket; those guys have it sewed up as much as we Corvette people have our own aftermarket. :cool

I'm still keeping my ears open for anyone who might be interested in your Corvette, Grant. :w

: ) I appreciate you alls (is that a word...or just a tx thing? :) help. When I sell my miata, a new corvette (well...not NEW...but new to me :) is heading my way I think : ) (think I can hide it from the wife ? : )
