There is no excuse for GM sales people to not know their product. GM has extensive training and tests on all its new products. They send factory reps to train salepeople in person on all new products. If a salesperson is too lazy to keep current or has somehow been cheating on the tests then he or she does not deserve your business. If you run into a salesperson that you feel does not meet your expectation you should talk to the sales manager and if you are still not satisfied then call Chevrolet or General Motors. You do not have to take it!
