Most local tire changing places use the same wrenches air guns and whatever to take wheels off of cars and trucks. It's been my experience that unless I stand and watch they will not torque when finished and do just about anything to get the job finished. Mid America offers a "Soft" Socket thats 19mm with a 1/2 inch drive. Its a socket with a nylon insert.
Is this the size of the lug nuts on a standard '04? The thing is $30.00 bucks, I think its worth that to keep tire changers from screwing up the lug nuts on my car.
