clicking

hi everybody
i have a question???
when i start vette i get a clicking noise up front.
it goes away after motor gets warm.
other wise motor runs smooth.
do i have anything to worry about???

It could be the valve train, some say clicking, some say ticking, I would have to hear it......

it sounds like it up front--like two keys clicking together.

Me betchum valve clatter when it first starts. Most of 'em do it.

Could also be the piston slap thingie.

Run 'er and watch 'er I always say.
