Climate Control Mode Stuck

The dual zone climate control on our 99 is stuck in one mode. The fan speed control works and the climate control is working, it's just stuck on one Temp and one Mode. Anyone else encountered this problem? What was the fix and how much $$?

I've tried cycling the ignition, pushing all the buttons, etc but I haven't disconnected the battery yet.

HI there,
First try the battery.
Then, if you are still stuck, you may have a bad control head.
It does happen from time to time.
