Hi All!
I'm hoping we can put our heads together and solve the clutch pedal problem I'm having with my 85 coupe.
Here's the history of the clutch... I bought the car with it needing a clutch. I used aftermarket stuff from the local parts store. The car has a new disc, pressure plate, T/O bearing. I've also replaced the master and the slave too. The hose was reused in the end.
The problem I'm having is that when I first did the clutch it had a fair pedal. A week later when I tried to move the car there was no pedal. If I pumped it up It would regain the fair pedal and work. I have replaced the slave twice and again and am getting the same results. SO I figured It must be the master cyl. same results still. I've blead at least 2 quarts a fluid through it using the foot method, a vaccume pump, gravity. I don't see air ever.
Any ideas or similar problems solved would be much appreciated. What gives with this thing????????
HELP!!!!!:ugh
