I also took some time to read the different ECM errors. And out came the following. No code 12 at the beginning only one check light blink, directly after that 3x code 23, 3x code 45 and 3x code 55, after that again code 23.
Code 23 is simple, I drove around today with the mixture solenoid disconnected for a test.
Code 45, also simple, my wideband meter sends a simulated narrowband signal to the ECM for the missing normal O2 sensor. When I drive for only a few seconds I don't startup the wideband meter so the ECM is missing the O2 signal.
Code 55. Rich mixture error. Well that is true, only I never see the light come on when it accures.
What is the problem I have. Normally the air/fuel ratio for the carb (in this setup) is between 15 and 16:1. When I do some WOT driving (few seconds only) the primaries also go in WOT mode as no longer the ECM is controlling them. But after the full throttle the mixtures stays between 12 to 13:1 , you also hear the engine making a different noise being rich (It feels like asif the ECM isn't back online just yet) after a few minutes the mixture leans out but it takes a while.
Does somebody else have this also? I must say I think it's from the last 1 or 2 months because I never hat this problem before.
