Code PO174

My service soon light just came on, scanned it and the code came up PO174 (System too Lean /bank 2). I have a 1996 Collectors Edition 300hp. Everything runs well with no signs of any problem.
Is there anything that I can do to solve this problem ?

Clear the codes and see if it happens again.May have been a one off hiccup.

If it comes back, start by looking for a vacuum leak on the right side of the engine.

Even better, if you have the factory service manual, follow the diagnostic and repair suggestions offered by the section on that fault code.

I'm a new Vette owner. I keep hearing about the codes. I do have a factory repair manual. My question is what/how do I read the codes? Do I need machine/scanner? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
