Question: collumn lock by pass

I have a 1999 and have read where people have used a column lock by pass. Mechanic says this is what I need or the 800.00 plus for the replacement part. Does anyone know where I could buy one. Many thanks Lorne

Lorne, welcome to CAC. Are you positive that you need this? Have you watched the Videos in this thread? Paul doesn't recommend the by-pass as it can do damage to the BCM.......
