Help! Confused concerning DIC display

I keep reading about how the display will change for different driving modes but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. Will somebody
please help me? How about telling me where I can read the instructions how to do the changes. There is a lot of stuff yet to do to get this thing fully personalized.

See the attached images. You can change the digital instrument display by using the buttons on the right hand side of the steering wheel.

Press the left arrow button, then down to select Perf Mode. Then press the center button. Once you do that, use the up and down arrow buttons to change the display.
