confusing question at least to me

so here goes please no laughing out loud. according to what i find for the paint code it is BC/CC U994/L which according to where you read it is either "Light Tarnished Sliver Metalic" Machine Sliver"

Now when looking for items for the exterior of the vette it seems like the big four parts places never list either of those colors for 2004 most of the sliver only go 2003 or then 2005 no 2004 any ideas, help, am i just stupid. thank you for letting me vent

I believe Machine Silver Metallic (RPO Code 67U) and Medium Spiral Gray Metallic (RPO Code 88U) were both offered for the 2004 Corvette.

I'm looking at my buildsheet and I can't find any numbers or codes similar to those you listed.

I checked the CAC Tech Center , the CAC 2004 Model Center and the CAC 2004 Production Page and came up with this:

RPO 67U Machine Silver (Paint code WA-91OL)

Hope that helps, or at least steers you in a better direction.

I'm not sure in your case but some years GM decided to change colors mid year or what seemed to be on a whim .
