Help! Coolant replacement

I have owned my C6 for 11 years and have not had the coolant or hoses replaced. Should I consider replacing both asap and is it something I can do myself?

I certainly would if it was mine. It's not a hard job, but it does need to be done correctly. If in doubt, pay to have it done correctly with the correct factory coolant and quality hoses.
