The countdown stands at four months. And while there's no ball-dropping ceremony in Times Square to help countdown to the Corvette 50th Anniversary Celebration, the anticipation is at an all-time high.

To quench your unending thirst for celebration information, Corvette50th.com is offering up its largest update to date. Descriptions of more than 20 confirmed activities are live right now on the site, and we'll continue to add information as it becomes available.

Here's a sampling of the activity descriptions now available:

· Engineering and Design Presentations -- Call it a sports car summit. With names such as Hill, Peters, Cooksey, Burton, Baldick and more, the Corvette 50th Anniversary Celebration will be just that. Key Corvette engineers, designers and executives will share their history with America's favorite sports car through personal accounts and anecdotes. Check out the complete list of presenters in the Engineering and Design Presentations section of Corvette50th.com

· Unique GM-Owned Corvette Display -- Rare Corvettes come out of hiding for a display that likely won't be repeated. Bring your camera for this unique glimpse of Corvette history

· The Goodyear Blimp -- High above the celebration of one American icon, another legend in transportation history -- the Goodyear Blimp -- will look down on the festivities

· 50 Years of Corvette Display -- The National Corvette Museum "50 Years of Corvette" display will provide the opportunity to see 50 Corvettes representing each production model year -- 1953 to 2003 -- in chronological order. There is no better photo opportunity than the one of you in front of every generation and model year of Corvette. And it'll be there waiting for you in Nashville

· Mobil 1 Traveling Exhibit -- Mobil 1, the "factory-fill" of the Corvette, will feature the unique Mobil 1 Traveling Exhibit at the big event. Complete with interactive and education displays, including a transparent engine, this display is sure to keep your motor running

· Corvette Parade -- What celebration is complete without a rip-roaring parade? The Corvette 50th Anniversary Celebration parade theme is…well, Corvettes! Check out the Parade section of Corvette50th.com for more information on the Corvette Parade

· C5-R Racing Display -- See the famous cars on display and rub shoulders with C5-R driver Andy Pilgrim. Check out the C5-R Display listing in the Activities section of Corvette50th.com

Plus, there's information about the Bose® and Goodyear displays, small- stage entertainment, guest speakers, QVC live broadcast and much more.

Again, stay tuned as new activity descriptions will be added as soon as they are available.

Thank you again for your continued interest in the celebration and for visiting www.corvette50th.com.
