People,
If your Vette has ever been down for the count, you'll know how I feel.
Recently, when the car warms up, I hit the accelerator and the car has a hard hesitation-nearly cutting off a few times and did once when I turned a corner.

It's a '93 automatic. I put it in neutral and restarted. But the problem got progressively worse. Like the car is starved for gas or something.

ALL the diagnostics check out. However, the only thing the shop couldn't check, gauge-wise, was the fuel pump.

Any thoughts?

Fuel filter may need changed? Check fuel pressure before and after changing. You can purchase the gauge from Corvette Central, Mid America, TPIS, etc. then you can go from there i.e. regulator, fuel pump, etc. My experience with electric fuel pumps in a wide variety of vehicles has been that they just quit with no tapering off of effiency, anytime after 75,000 miles. I have also had the best luck replacing them with OEM's. Good luck. 84 CF 91 ZR-1

Us too. We have a couple vehicles with the new style electric fuel pumps and they just simply quit. But, it does sound like a fuel "delivery" problem. Start out with the small stuff first and go from there!

sounds like it could be the pump.
I don't see how the shop couldn't check your fuel presure  I would think that any shop should have a gauge, pretty basic tool that most have in thier own garage.
You can pick up a fuel pressure gauge from your local parts store and for less than you'll pay at TPIS, Mid America, etc..
Hook the gauge up to your schrader valve and tape the gauge face to the windshield so you can see it while driving. Go for a drive. If the pump is bad you should see the pressure drop off.

Fuel Problem

I had the same problem with my old 85.

When I turned a corner, I think to the right, it would hesitate like it was not picking up fuel.

It would only happen when the tank was a quarter or lower.

I just thought it was a design flaw, because it never happened when the tank was full or when I turned to the left.

My 87 has never done it...

Does anyone know where the fuel pump pick up is in relation to the tank?
