Workers use a crane to recover the first Chevrolet Corvette, the 2009 Corvette ZR-1 "Blue Devil," from the sinkhole at the National Corvette Museum on Monday, March 3, 2014 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The vehicle, along with seven other Corvettes, fell into the sinkhole February 12. The ZR-1 appears to have sustained minimal damage after its nearly 30-foot fall. The "Blue Devil" started up and drove out of the museum under its own power. (Photo by Adam Boca for Chevrolet)

Removing Corvettes

This is great. To be honest, to ensure the safety of any workers, I would have been satisfied if they has decided to just bury the cars and let insurance pay off on them.

Too tough To Die...

...and all that. But really, starts up and drives off? That's excellent, what a great superbowl ad that would make! They'd have to do something about the giant oil puddle it left from the cracked oil hose. What a survivor! :upthumbs

Now if they would have brought that '93 up straight, not hanging like a harpooned whale, I would have been a lot happier with the operation.

GET THAT '62!! :W
