Question: Cruise Control Transducer Removal?

Is there a smarter way to get to the outside bolt that holds in the cruise control transducer to the bracket on an 81?

The bolt is stuck and I can get a socket on the nut, but I can't get my hands in close enough to hold a wrench to keep it from turning.

Any advice is greatly appreciated...

Sometimes those new stubby ratcheting box wrenches with a pivot on the end can get into tight spots that straight wrenches can't.
