Your comments about buying new versions of cars (particularly the Corvette) are interesting to me.

Other than the fact that my C4 was stiffer than a buckboard, I never had any major issues with it, and my C5 was a dream boat, no issues at all. I loved the C5 right from the get go, and talk about turning heads. I got mine very early, when hardly any were on the road, and people would come up to me at gas stations and droole on it, man did that car draw a lot of attention.

The only generation I did not care for was the C4. I did not like the body at all. As for the C6, I'll probably wait until the Z06 edition is available and on it's 2nd year. So I'm thinking 2007-8 for my C6. Until then though, I'm gonna drive my C5 as often as I can and enjoy every minute of it. :)

;stupid
I agree the C-4s just don't do it body wise for me although if I could afford one I would not hesitate to buy a ZR1. I will probably buy a C-5 in a few years as a driver when the fun of driving my 76 does not outweigh the cost of gas anymore.:crazy ;LOL
