Custom Audiosound CD Changer Probs

I got the custom audiosound USA-5 cd player and its cd changer (kenwood) and I have been having the problem that it will only play a disc sometimes. Quite Frequently it will say error when i turn the car back on. I could see the disc jamming or getting bumped around if i went over a bump with my hard suspension but I have no idea what to do.. I am considering getting a new cd changer which is not what i want to do but it just makes cruising unbearable to listen to those STUPID radio commericals. Anyways... if anyone have any ideas or help please let me know... also anyone have good setups with speakers for thier vettes while keeping the space in the rear for the tops.. I bought lots of NICE speakers and they all have no bass.. maybe it needs more power but.... Thanks for your time!

I have the same set-up and every once in a while it will act up, I turn it off and then back on and its OK, I have Pioneers in small boxes in mine it had rockford/fostgates or something in it when I got it but they take up too much room,but sounded great maybe someday I will install them again using a false rear wall a little thicker then the speakers.
ps I also have an amp for the rear speakers

Hey, what are the specs on that amp and how much??? Im still waiting for the reply from Custom audiosound mfg about the cd changer and I will mention that its still under warranty and hopefully they will send me a new one and it will fix the problem. Anyone have any ideas about what else could be wrong with it? Also... I know this is way off topic but anyone got a really nice antenna that looks close to stock they want to part with?

the amp was in the car when I bought it, it fits in the storage compartment behind the passenger seat I'll try to remember to look when I go to town later. i dont know what stock antenna looks like, but I have one of those short black rubber coated aftermarket ones.
