Dang Headlights! Who can help with vaccum lines?

So my lights have never gone up and down on their own since I bought my car last Sept. I now know why, but don't know how to fix. When I ran a new tach cable, I found that there was a vaccum line missing from the right side knob of the manual override. When I consulted my assembly manual, it doesn't even show two knobs on the overide... just one. So... my question is...what lines go to the right side of that overide knob?

I'm getting ready to tackle the HVAC side of the vacuum.. I think I may be missing several hoses. The HVAC system in my vette doesn't work at all.

Most Helpfull link! Thank you, and good luck on your HVAC system. Mine no longer exists, so I'm not too worried about that aspect right now.

After further playing... It is my Headlamp switch! If I take the hoses off the back of the switch and plug them, the lights go up. If I Put them together, then they go down! Mid America is out of stock, so I grabbed a new switch from Ecklers. 10 bucks more, but hey... I can't see the lights in my dash either... so I need it!
