Dash Crack Filler

I just bought a 69 and the dash is great except for about a 3x3" space where the vinyl is missing (looks like it was cut out) is there a filler I can use and paint to match?

You can try the stuff that Eastwood sells but you probably wont be happy.I tried it once and it was a mess.The best thing to do is buy a new one,or buy a dash cap for about $100 for now.
