Dash Lights Have a bug

Greetings All, I am new to the C5 world (I also have a 69 Conv) bought myself a 01 Coupe for Christmas. All in all I love it, but, I seem to have a bug that has come up in the last month. When I turn on the headlights the dash lights do not always come on. I cannot duplicate the cause. The colored MPH lights up every time and they all come on when I lock or unlock the car. They also seem to work with the twilight. No lights on the radio or air either, but the ones on the AC stay on. Any idea or fixes. I have had it to the dealership with a vette specific mechanic a couple of times and he cannot find it, says they work for him, but I cannot beleive that. Thanks in advance. Save the Wave.

Adjust the dimmer for the dash lights. If it is set too low it will look like the dash lights are out.

Thanks, Tried that - No Go - Now they are out all the time. Guess I need to find a better mechanic than my old one. THANKS/Kevin

That seems to be a fairly common problem, or perhaps I've just started noticing the posts about it.

Have a look here and see if it sounds like it may be the same problem.
