I'm not sure if I have the other one in the right spot, and I can't remember what it says on it. I think it's Low fuel but I'm not sure.

That's the seat belt light (top-left). I don't think the bottom-left is used for anything.

The righthand side has "low fuel" and "gen"

On an '81, what goes below the seat belt light is the "Check Engine" light. It is related to computer control problems. It is a yellow/orange color.
