Well....I thought I was. I didn't think I flamed anyone. :confused At least that wasn't my intent.

My only intentions were to try and prevent any further bashing of the CorvetteForum and/or Troy. Like I said, I have never dealt with Troy and I don't know if he gets subsidized by GM or not. It's really none of my business, and what he does with his web site is his business alone. Regardless, whatever his reasons were for pulling the photoshopped images of the C6 off his site, is, again, his business.

Basically, you have the same option at the CF as you do here. If you're not happy with the site, leave it. All I ask is that you please don't bash Troy or his site regardless of whether or not you agree with what decisions he has made there.

In the past, his moderators have joined other Corvette Forum related web sites to defend negative posts and publicly made accusations. I do not want the same thing to occur here.

In the past, I've had issues with a couple of his moderators making negative posts and false accusations about this site and myself. I don't want this site to follow suit.

Let bygones be bygones and please keep the site bashing private. That's all I ask.

There were some people exasperated with the handling of the threads in another forum. I think it has been dealt with over there in a satisfactory fashion. I agree with Rob that we all love Corvettes and should move on. We shouldn't alienate each other... there isn't that many of us to begin with!!!
