Has anyone in CAC land taken delivery of a C6 convertible yet? I'm anxious to hear about the car and how it compares to C5 verts. My TPW is 1/10/05. Thanks on the front side for any info.

Corvette Convertible

My understanding(and I may be wrong) is that the 2005 convertibles are not going to available until next summer. Did anyone hear the same? :

C6 Convertibles are shipping . . . slowly. . .

They are being shipped per Dealer allotments.

We had a C6 Convertible for 4 days about a month ago. We put about 2000 miles on her.

They are definitely 1 Sweet Ride ! :upthumbs

Later . . . . . .
6 Shooter

Verts

That is cool; Are you getting one?

Nope. My dealer in Pa. is expecting his first vert at the end

of Dec.

Vert

Is i a convertible w/the power top? I though there were some constraints on them.

Im waiting to see how this triple black looks. Im torn between silver and black. Im also torn between coupe and vert because I really like the way the coupe looks. Darn you Chevy. You are giving me too many choices!!!!!!!!!

Don't be torn, just take out a few mortgages on the house and buy all of them!:L

Silver coupe. That would be my choice. :D

Personally bobby, I think that a black or silver coupe that is lowered 1"(I always do that) looks more performance oriented than the convertible. My friend with an 85 Testarossa taught me that!!!

Obviously I would go for the Coupe'. You can't take the convertable to the track unless you do mods to get a rollbar installed. Also unless you live in the land of sunshine, a convertable looks unimpressive with the top up unless it is a hard top. We bought ours for touring the Northwest and the coupe' allowed for more luggage, quieter ride and better securiy for overnight stays. Just my 2 cents. - Ron

Yeah, really unimpressive:

Reminds me of the movie The Right Stuff.

"Say Mr. Ridley, sir, isn't that a convertible over there?"

"Yeah, son, that's a sports car."

Cheers!

Verts with the power top are on constraint at the moment. You cant get a delivery date yet. The manual tops are available now(normal delivery time).

Hi Bruce! Probably from Reedman-Toll. I have alll of my servicing done at Bryner but Ive always purchased from Reedman.
