Deluxe Door Panels

I would like to order inner Deluxe Door Panels (From Ecklers) but i would like to hear if anyone have experience on this. How does it fit and how is the quality.

Got mine from Corvette Central (although they all probably originate with the same manufacturer) and had no problems, I was satisfied with the product.

The previous owner of my 86 replaced the door panels. Not sure where he got them from, but they came with the carpet and all trim already installed. While the passenger one was fine, the driver's side had pulled off the door frame along the top. This had apparently happened a number of times and the plastic part of the panel that hooks over the window sill had broken enough that it would no longer stay on at all. I bought a (used) stock panel to replace it, and in comparing the two noticed that the GM part has MUCH thicker plastic and some metal reinforcements - but the carpet was nicer on the aftermarket (in fact, I used it on the GM panel).

The passenger side is still holding up fine despite repeated removals for an electrical problem, so it's possible there was an issue with the driver's side panel itself.
