By the end of the week, I'm hoping to get it into the shop for some adjustments to the paint colour on the headlight doors, wiper grills and lower rear valance. They were painted separately from the body.

Also, we're bonding the fiberglass induction system under the stinger hood and fixing the crack at the driver's rear bumper mount.

A couple of other real small paint things and it's back home for the winter where I'll install the side glass/power window motors, centre console, door panels, and front and rear window stainless trim.

C'mon spring '05. :Steer
Down Here in New Joisey.... Were prepaired for the deep snow. We don't have to wait for spring of "05". .....:Silly

Out here on the Lotus Coast, snow isn't usually a problem. Occasional volcanic eruptions, too much rain, earth quakes, bad drivers, too much rain, outrageous real estate costs, ICBC (local joke), too much rain... we have some problems. Did I mention that it rains frequently?

I got looking at some older photos tonight. I remember wondering if I really had it in me.

Several times, over the course of the project, during the deepest, darkest late-night hours, I wondered if I was in over my head.

Sorry, didn't mean to sound so sarcastic. I did get a laugh out of it.
If I could just photoshop my whole restoration and turn it into reality...

I can't tell you how many times I looked out my window last winter at that body sitting in the yard covered in a tarp and thinking "that poor bare fiberglass hulk". That's a very good description. Its under primer now and soon I hope to have paint on it. By the way, good luck with your new heating system. I sure you will be nice and toasty.
