Z28Canuck, my wife says one of the things that attracted her to me was my sense of humour. All this time, I thought it was sheer animal magnetism. Oh well. She reads over my shoulder whenever she likes although her views on politics vary from mine so if I want her to leave, I bring up the Edge... :D

As for the "over the shoulder look" you guys forget how meticulous cops are and how long our memories can be. I remembered 67's woes while installing the headliner and worrying about cutting the material, so I was looking for any signs of damage, warps, stretch marks, etc. I didn't find any. :)

Your wife must have a great sense of humour to put up with your antics! I'll bet you keep her on her toes and hopefully she keeps you on yours.;) I'll have to remember the Edge move.
You guys have minds like steel traps so i'll back away from the memory game. My memory is so bad I come to work each day and keep making all these new friends! (They are the same people!) LOL. You are one of the few people who know all the trials and tribulations 67 has gone through over the years with this enormous restoration project. He saw his dream through!
But damn it he's really done a fine job! Got to admit for one of you three stooges he's quite a knowledgeable, talented, patient, comical fellow. He blew me away the first time he referred to the circus wagon and had to explain that one to me. I believe the sense of humour you guys have is what gets you through these insurmountable challenges at the best of times. Hope to see you back here again soon, it was a real pleasure.
Public beware when this 67 bear comes out of its' Canadian hibernation this spring and has you know who at the reins! Cheers.:beer

Bob

the Round trip from when I pulled out of my Garage to your cabin and back was 852 miles so subtract the milage to your cabin (I didn't note that) and you are really not far for the C-5. We stopped for lunch west of Toronto and my wife drive to Winsor while I slept. She keeps telling people in the Corvette Club how she was driving at 140+ ;LOL

lol :)

By the end of the week, I'm hoping to get it into the shop for some adjustments to the paint colour on the headlight doors, wiper grills and lower rear valance. They were painted separately from the body.

Also, we're bonding the fiberglass induction system under the stinger hood and fixing the crack at the driver's rear bumper mount.

A couple of other real small paint things and it's back home for the winter where I'll install the side glass/power window motors, centre console, door panels, and front and rear window stainless trim.

C'mon spring '05. :Steer
