Chalk me up as a member of the underground fan club. I mostly lurk and read, but I've followed your project since it began (starting over on the "other board").

Congratulations on getting to this stage; the car looks fantastic, and I think it's a testament to your vision, talent, and perseverance. I'm a long way away geographically, but hopefully I'll get to say hello and see your car in person one of these days. Any plans to go on tour?

as i hear it, Bob is planning to take 67Heaven on a new 119 city/15 country worldwide tours starting in Jan. It will be called 67HEAVEN World Tour and will feature an unprecedented light show, dancers, and a fashion show with the car in the middle of the runway. The dancers costumes and the clothing in the fashion show will be a combination of both late 60's and today's styling to reflect on the 67Heaven project itself ('67 car with modern enhancements and engineering). The end of each show is a large fireworks display that is also custom tailored to each country the tour is in - at the end of the fireworks, the last bursts will be in the colors of that countries flag.
Bob just bought 3 new custom tour buses to travel around and tour in, one for himself outfitted with a professionally decorated interior included a bedroom suite and master bath, full kitchen, living room with TV/satilite/VCR/DVD/home theater surround sound, etc. The other two buses are for the tours' crew and one bus is towing a new specially equiped enclosed trailer to carry 67Heaven that also includes a full compliment of tools, spare parts, and a large working area for any required reapirs while on tour.

I would suggest contacting your local ticketing agency soon as I hear the tickets are selling out quickly and filling up very large venues such as sports arenas, large outdoor parks, etc.

well, you know that Bob did restore 67Heaven back to correct and perfect original condition and he is likely to win a top flight......NOT!!!!!

if you look carefully, you will actually notice that the brakelines are not the correct stock type therefore he would kill his top flight ability...

Now back to 67HEAVEN. How much do you want in out-front money for me to manage the European leg of the tour? Without leaving the keyboard I can guaranty you Pace Car rights, (over here they call it the safety car), at 4 Grand Prix circuits and Le Mans, A drive-by at the Paris Air show, exhibition space at the Hermitage in St. Petersburg Russia, and a photo session with the Queen in front of the British Museum.
I will also make 1/12 scale replicas of 67´s body for the go-karts so that the Europeans can taste a bit of Heaven.

The only catch so far is the Ferrari team. They called and ask if you could put on large mufflers so as not to scare their drivers!

I've seen tours for just about everything under the sun ..but this is a first , "not that its not a good idea mind you, but it's hard sometimes reading threads and really knowing whats really true and whats just kidding around at times..us inquring minds like to know these things LOLOL

well, i hate to spoil the fun but i guess since I'm responsible for the rumor i'll 'fess up.........NO Sherry, there is really no world tour for 67Heaven. I made it up to be lighthearted and funny about part of a prior post on this thread.
