It`s going to be between $1300 to 1500.After that the only thing left to do will be a tranny swap.

Okay, no problem. I'll just go outside in the garage now and take a pic of it. I should have it up before tonight.

Okay, here's the picture. On the valve cover you can see that there are four bolts strategically placed to make up for the little gaps in the covers. And to distribute the force of the bolts as far as possible to make the seal more effective are long metal shims. Hope this helps...
