Help! Dissapearing washer fluid

My washer fluid in my '02 seems to be evaporating. I fill it up and a few days later, it is gone. No fluid underneath the car. I removed the tank and did not find any leaks. Where can this stuff be going? I know there has to be a leak somewhere. Any suggestions on what I should check? Thanks.

The most likely place for a leak is at the seal where the washer pump attaches to the tank.
