GM has identified a change on the 2022 Corvette which interferes with the Borla Cat-Back Dual Mode exhaust systems

If you're like most Corvette owners, one of the first things you think about upgrading is the stock exhaust system.

For those of you with a 2022 Corvette and thinking about the Borla Cat-Back Dual Mode exhaust system, you may want to hold off.

According to the vendor that GM uses to distribute Corvette LPOs, some kind of change was made on the 2022 Corvette that the 2020 and 2021 Corvettes do not have. This change is not compatible with Borla's Cat-Back exhaust system for the C8:

Any idea on what the actual issue is? Thank you from a guy with a 2022 with a Borla sitting in the garage that's suppose to go on tonight...

Hey r33pwrd, were you able to complete the install? What turned out to be the problem?

I returned it at the request of borla. Ended up with the paragon titanium and glad I did.
