Door Hinge Problem

I have noticed a bit of a sag on the drivers side door on my 96 Coupe. I checked the hinges and on the lower set, the bushings appear to be going or are gone. What is involved in the repair of the hinge set? A job I can do on my own or should I get it to the dealer or my mechanic? Where can I get the hinge and what are the costs? Any help would be appreciated.
