door locks hard to move manually

The interior door lock switches are working, but they aren't able to move the locks. They are hard to move manually, also. Is that something that can be lubricated or do the lock motors need to be replaced?

This past weekend I pulled the door panels off and sprayed silicone on all of the lock linkages. They work great now!

Did you have to replace the clips that hold the door panel on or were you able to use the originals again?

I didn't have any clips. The door panels were held on by screws.

I reused my original clips. Some were marginal. Where can replacements be purchased ?

I bought mine at a GM dealer, had to order from Lansing but they matched the gray perfectly. Minimum order is for two doors though but WELL worth it.
