Does anyone know if a '93 door panel will fit/look correct on a '96? I've looked at some suppliers online and they have a listing for '90-'93 and a seperate listing/part# for '94-'96. Thanks in advance.

Compare schematics from FSM for yours and for the other one. They will show control fitment, snap tabs location, etc. Spec measurements will be included. Betcha' the only difference is styling of the sections of panel...

Go to the dealer, have a gander at their FSM's for each year.

The interior was redesigned in -94, including the door panel. So the -93 door panel will probably not look correct in your -96

Won't look correct?

9 vette owners out of 10 wouldn't know the difference in '93 / '96 door panels.

The -93 doorpanel is missing the storage pocket that replaced the glovebox in -94-96.

The dashboard, center console, door panels & seats were redesigned in 1994.

One would need to look at a 93 next to a 94 to see if there are more than subtle differences.

How the door closes at the front, next to the dash, would be the first place to look.

AFTER CHANGING OUT YOUR DOOR PANELS, DON'T FORGET TO SAVE THE :w!

The '93 door panel does not have the structural ribs on the back like the '96 panel does. I don't know if that will affect fitment or not, but it could.
