Have to ask the question...

Regardless if the Vette driver was 1) speeding 2) over the yellow 3) following the ambulance too closely...

Why did "Mr I have to video my driving..." just pull out into traffic w/o looking to see if there was traffic coming his way? There could have been a LEO or another emergency vehicle right behind the ambulance.

"Mr Video" is just lucky he didn't cause an accident.
