Help! DTC P0440

Have received this trouble code a couple times this month, I pulled a snapshot of the data when the code was set........this data is as follows below. I don't know what it all means so don't know what may be abnormal. Would like to pin down the root of this problem......Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

HI there,
Your missing alot of data, like purge duty cycle, vent solenoid on/off and tank pressure.
Most likely, it would be suggested to replace the gas cap.
