Hi,

I'm pretty new the vettes, even though i always wanted one. So infact a i a dumb question.

My rear signal light (passenger side) burnt out on the weekend. Tried to change it but can't seem to figure out hot to get to it. Can anyone help this poor old dum_ass ...

cheers,
Luc

Removing the license plate and mount seems to provide more room but the early C4 with the concave butt are generally hard to work on back there.

Are you making fun of our old C4 butts? :L

If you have long skinny arms like my brother you should be able to reach in underneath. The sockets just turn, and then pop out. I think something like a quarter turn. The bulb comes out similiar.

Good Luck

very very very skinny arms at that. Good luck changing it, it does turn a quarter turn I think CCW. then just pops out.

Open the hood and look at the cornering lights...they have the same type of socket for the bulb you can see you need to squeeze the tab then turn the scocket. Practice on that one.

Ah yes that is true. I forgot about the tab. And JonM is right the lights up front are the same. Good advice!

you can extend your arm up the rear quarter where the mufflers are i had the same prob last month.
